Figure 2 illustrates the global impact chains that are analyzed regarding their implications for Austria’s economy within the project.

Factsheets

The following factsheets (German only) briefly present the results for the impact fields of agriculture, water and work ability. Based on the status quo of international trade, the amount of imported environmental resources and added value in Austria’s exports and final consumption are determined. Due to climate change and the associated change in global import and export flows of these environmental resources and added value, there are implications for Austria, which include both risks and opportunities.
